And, when it comes to special occasions, can close friends be far away?
Definitely not. Madhu's BFF Shahid Kapoor, who made a funny picture in a lungi, set the dance floor on fire with his cool moves. The Haider actor was joined by Alia Bhatt and bride Masaba on the dance floor (see the video above).
He was, of course, accompanied by wifey Mira Rajput.
The function was attended by many other B-Town celebrities as well.
To begin with, Kangana Ranaut looked stunning in a Sabyasachi number.
Actress Sonam Kapoor came with younger sister Rehea. The Kapoor girls, as always, looked chic.
Heropanti girl Kriti Sanon and Ranveer 'Bajirao' Singh were also spotted at the do.

The grand Sangeet was held a day after the mehendi ceremony, which was a close-knit affair (Masaba Gupta's Mehendi Ceremony: A Low-Key Affair, November 21).
